Without doubt the sentiment from the thousands of people who attended the two day live show of A Place in the Sun was “…life is too short.” The experiences for many of the last 18 months have meant people want to bring forward their retirement plans or if they are retired to get their properties purchased quickly. There’s an understanding that the path to residency has changed since Brexit but many were grateful to have the opportunity to understand how the new visas for Spain worked, in particular the non-lucrative visa for people want to live but not work in Spain.
